  I eat there at least once a week. Manager is very friendly despite what others would have you believe and he even lowers the price on my orders for being such a frequent customer. Also they have only ever gotten my order wrong once in like 3 years or so of eating there pretty much every week often times more than once (it was a new employee taking my order over the phone and they were very busy at the time so pretty much what you'd expect anyways). Really don't get all the crap this place is getting from some people. Believe it or not they get really busy sometimes and have trouble doing everything at the same level of quality they normally have with their small staff of like 3-6 people (but that doesn't happen often enough to warrant hiring more people however).
